One (1) Realsee 3D tour means the 3D virtual tour of a single-scanned space. This 3D tour can include multiple levels, as well as indoor and outdoor spaces that are connected within a same layout. Using the Galois 3D LiDAR Camera, your 3D virtual tour can include up to 2,000 points.
For larger properties like hotels, resorts, or convention centres, each distinct room type would be considered a separate space, set within a separate Realsee 3D tour.
We use the Galois 3D LiDAR Camera, which captures data up to 25 metres with an error of less than ±20 mm². Every virtual tour is built on precise 3D spatial data, allowing you to see real-time measurements directly.
Your quote is based on the space size (in sq ft), layout, and design complexity. Once we receive your floor plan, our sales team will provide a customised quotation. Additional requests, such as photo captures, will be priced separately.
Capture duration varies with property size and complexity. As a guide: spaces of up to 4,000 sq ft take about 1 to 3 hours, 4,000 to 10,000 sq ft require 2 to 5 hours, and 10,000 to 30,000 sq ft may take 5 to 8 hours. A precise time estimation will be provided once your property details are submitted.
