We built the Anthea virtual tour to offer what we call a seamless walkthrough. Much like being guided through the home by a salesperson, viewers can follow a pre-set path, moving from entry to kitchen, living room, and right out to the backyard patio. This guided route makes the experience easier to follow and ensures nothing gets missed in the show unit. The immersive walkthrough is designed to mimic the natural flow visitors would experience in person so everyone, whether on-site or remote, experiences the story of the property.
To get even closer to real life, we included multimedia hotspots throughout the tour. These let us tuck in extra details about Anthea through text, images, or demo videos. Audio guides are one of the standout features too. In certain areas, you’ll hear a friendly voice giving helpful details, like explaining the layout or pointing out smart storage, so it's almost like a sales rep is walking beside you. The sound design adds an extra layer to the virtual experience, helping visitors feel as though they are receiving a personal tour.
