Caledonia is a low-density neighbourhood with a greenery-focused living environment, developed by KLK Land. We completed a 3D virtual tour for a show unit in Kamelia, the second phase of the development. We wanted to build a virtual experience that matches that level of comfort and care for those interested in the property.
To do this, we used LiDAR scanning to capture the full layout of the show unit with accuracy. Our aim was to give future residents, agents, and developers an easy way to walk through the space, see the design choices, and feel confident about what this unit can offer. From every corner of the living room to the natural transition between the kitchen and dining space, we wanted everything to feel clear and connected. Since this is a full 3D virtual tour, users can experience the property in a realistic way that regular photos cannot provide and can access it at their convenience, regardless of location.
Aiming to bridge the gap between traditional property showings and digital convenience, we designed this experience so users would understand both the spatial arrangement and the atmosphere that sets Kamelia apart, benefiting buyers and industry professionals alike.

The whole process of setting up and scanning Kamelia took about a day, after which we generated the 3D model and made the navigation intuitive so that anyone can virtually walk through the property. This approach helps ensure potential buyers and agents get a full picture of every part of the unit, which can be difficult to convey using static materials.
