Aurora Avenue consists of 182 units of 3-storey semi-detached shops in the growing hub of Iskandar Puteri of Johor, Malaysia. Their virtual tours play an essential role in putting their business-friendly amenities and prime address into the hands of a global audience.
When we were engaged by the team to create their virtual tours for the two show units, we were impressed by the level of detail that went into the staging, and we wanted to show how these details would not be missed when translated into a digital experience.

To highlight the flexibility of the retail lots in Aurora Avenue, the client had transformed each lot into 6 unique spaces. There was a restaurant with an alfresco dining area, cafe, grocery store, mini market, tuition centre, and fashion boutique shop.
We scanned these spaces using our high-grade LiDAR device, starting from the front entrance to the parking lots at the back, followed by a detailed virtual walkthrough across the show units.

With these 3D virtual tours, it is really about 'what you see, what you get'. We ensured that every set-up is arranged and presented as potential buyers would see it, before proceeding with the shoot. With the LiDAR technology, we can turn the single-scan data into full 3D models, along with high-definition outdoor and indoor visuals.
The commercial space navigation of Aurora Avenue's show units were also simplified by adding seamless touch points. All viewers need to do is to tap on their screen to 'walk' through the shop lots. Basically, just as they would in real life, only from anywhere in the world.

Each of the virtual tours we created for Aurora Avenue are paired with a user-friendly interface and tools for sales conversion:
These tools are particularly useful for real estate sales, since they give people a comprehensive view of the show units.
There were so many features of Aurora Avenue that would attract entrepreneurs and business owners, that we could not leave them out.
As you explore the 3D spaces, you would notice different hotspots popping on the screen. These are interactive model annotations that showcase images, text, videos, PDFs, audio and other media. For instance, you can see information about the dual staircases for enhanced fire safety, or an image of the facade representing its street presence.

It is like having a sales person pointing out the must-know details as you visit the shop lot. It goes without saying that having virtual tours for commercial lots can help the sales team to reduce the need for multiple physical visits. They can help to explain certain details when the customers is not on site, while securing qualified leads.

One of the standout features of Aurora Avenue's lots is the elevator, which is only available in Type B. To us, a crucial detail like this is best highlighted with more than just words or pictures.

We integrated a video of the elevator as it opened and closed its doors, seamlessly blended into the environment. This video blending technique is an effective method of having a product demonstration directly within the 3D virtual tour.

Aurora Avenue's show unit virtual tours for Type A and Type B are featured on their property website, and can be viewed on mobile phones and tablets. These are used by the sales and marketing team to present the retail shops and attract potential investors to start their business in Iskandar Puteri.
